Salary: $210,000 - $260,000 / year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP technical consultants and BASIS administrators.
• Oversee system performance, availability, and scalability across development, QA, and production environments.
• Architect complex security models within S/4HANA and manage end-to-end SAP GRC Access Control.
• Design and implement integration solutions between SAP and enterprise systems using BTP and middleware.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits regarding SAP operations.
• Drive continuous improvements for the reliability and stability of S/4HANA and integration platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience with 8+ years specifically in SAP BASIS.
• Deep understanding of GxP, FDA regulations, and SOX/ITGC compliance.
• Experience with SAP BTP, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and hybrid integration models.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex SAP landscapes.
• Must be willing and able to work on-site in Alameda, CA.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• SAP certifications in BASIS or Integration technologies.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Exposure to medical device manufacturing systems and validation protocols.
