What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP platforms, including strategy execution, architecture, and global platform operations.
• Execute the ERP roadmap and lead platform rationalization across SAP ECC, S4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other systems.
• Establish and enforce standards across ERP core, extensions, and integrations to ensure long-term platform integrity.
• Build and lead a global ERP organization, managing talent strategy, succession planning, and capability development.
• Ensure ERP compliance with financial controls, FDA, and SOX requirements, while participating in necessary audits.
• Enable business transformation by leveraging AI, analytics, and modern integration patterns within the ERP ecosystem.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12 to 15 years of ERP experience, including 7+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of operating ERP platforms and leading teams at a global enterprise scale.
• Deep expertise with SAP S4HANA (cloud and on-premise); experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle ERP is a strong plus.
• Experience leading ERP transformations, including platform rationalization and execution.
• Knowledge of regulated environments, specifically SOX compliance and enterprise data governance.
