What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for data architecture, governance, and instrumentation strategies.
• Own the customer journey from pre-sales proof of concepts to post-sales onboarding and long-term success.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the customer organization to unblock technical and organizational challenges.
• Drive data trust and product adoption for large enterprise teams through change management rollouts.
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to prioritize client-driven system improvements.
• Deliver technical services ranging from data optimization to complex tech stack integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
• Demonstrated experience in customer success, professional services, consulting, or technical project management.
• Proven track record of defining and delivering ROI through new tool implementations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both developers and Director-level business stakeholders.
• Strong project delivery discipline and ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving customer needs.

Nice to have

• Experience with data querying and modeling (SQL, dbt, Python).
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of product analytics implementation methods (SDKs, CDPs, Event Streaming).
• Fluency in additional languages.
