What you will do

• Define and own the product roadmap for the legal operations platform, focusing on configuration, governance, and performance visibility.
• Drive end-to-end execution from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery on a fast cadence.
• Partner with enterprise customers and customer success to translate complex legal workflows into scalable product requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ensure effective positioning and deployment of new features.
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops to quantify platform value and drive continuous iteration.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at a Staff or Senior PM level.
• Proven track record of scaling complex platform or infrastructure products in enterprise SaaS or data-intensive domains.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage deeply on system design, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience building products that handle sensitive data with robust security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
