Senior Consultant, Organizational Design (Organizational Design/Business Transformation): Supporting clients in achieving sustainable performance improvements by analyzing organizational structures, designing target operating models, and leading change management roadmaps with an accent on end-to-end organizational design, stakeholder alignment, and measurable transformation outcomes. Focus on building job matrices and governance frameworks, running impact analyses and readiness assessments, and delivering executive-level presentations and program reporting.
Location: Bellevue, WA, USA (onsite at client locations as needed; at least three days per week from a office or approved coworking location)
Salary: $130,600–$135,700 base

What you will do
- Analyze and assess current organizational structures, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Design and maintain job matrices, organizational models, role definitions, reporting relationships, and governance frameworks.
- Lead change management activities: create change roadmaps, run readiness and impact analyses, and coordinate communications interventions.
- Define and track transformation metrics, provide status reporting on progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health.
- Develop executive-level presentations and readiness/skilling content using multiple modalities.
- Collaborate with HR and department leaders to align organizational design with talent management and workforce planning; support proposal development and internal thought leadership.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment; no visa sponsorship.
- 5+ years of prior consulting experience and 5+ years leading significant consulting engagements with successful outcomes in complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, business and HR transformation, and establishing target operating models with an end-to-end business process perspective.
- Excellent presentation and writing skills (functional/technical specifications) and strong coaching/influencing abilities.
- Experience working in transforming environments and facilitating project teams with knowledge of group dynamics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management frameworks.
