What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop project plans, RAID logs, governance frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Manage project financial performance, including forecasting, revenue, and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and internal stakeholders.
• Identify project expansion opportunities and support pre-sales activities.
• Mentor other project managers and drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Georgia, USA
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or enterprise software delivery.
• Proven experience leading cloud, SaaS, or CX technology implementations.
• 3+ years of experience leading geographically distributed teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or IT.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Limited working proficiency in French.
