What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise-wide projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal business units and external vendors to drive project success.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets while tracking key milestones.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Manage project documentation, including RAID logs, status reports, and governance structures.
• Provide guidance on project management best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project, change, or program management.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required.
• Proven experience working within matrix organizations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project management tools.
