What you will do

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of pharma advisory services, owning master trackers and governance cadence.
• Draft high-level client-ready documents, including annual communications plans, media narratives, and executive briefings.
• Manage pharma tentpole activations, overseeing vendors, budgets, invoicing, and MLRO submissions.
• Translate strategic goals into executable briefs for tactical Communications and Content teams to ensure alignment.
• Collaborate with leadership to scope, close, and onboard new strategic health partnerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare communications, pharma advisory, or account management.
• Deep fluency in MLR/PRC review processes, FDA OPDP guidance, and the PhRMA Code.
• Proven track record of drafting strategic documents for major life sciences clients across various therapeutic areas.
• Experience at a leading healthcare communications agency or within a major pharmaceutical company's corporate affairs.
• AI-forward approach with active use of tools like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate execution.
