What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end production of all company events, including booth design, swag, A/V, and logistics.
  • Execute three categories of events: Commercial (revenue/pipeline), Activation (developer adoption), and Corporate.
  • Manage budgets, reconcile invoices, and model ROI to optimize future event investments.
  • Coordinate travel, briefings, and schedules for team members attending events to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with GTM, partnerships, product, and developer relations to drive measurable impact.
  • Build and maintain high-standard relationships with external agencies and production vendors.

Requirements

  • Based in the US to lead high-stakes domestic events on the ground.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution for conferences and product launches.
  • Strong operational rigor and proven ability to deliver complex events on time and on budget.
  • Commercial awareness with experience connecting events to pipeline and ROI.
  • Ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders to a high standard.
  • Comfort with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Nice to have

  • Developer empathy and experience designing experiences that resonate with technical audiences (engineers, CTOs).
