Salary: $130,000 – $180,000

What you will do

• Source and onboard new ambassadors at scale, managing the full pipeline from prospecting to activation.
• Design and manage systems to support 1,000+ active ambassadors, including vendor relationships and tooling.
• Run end-to-end campaigns, from brief to execution, testing creative formats to optimize performance.
• Track and report on ambassador output to inform program strategy and growth.
• Collaborate with Growth and Influencer Marketing teams to turn creators into Suno advocates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ambassador programs, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Proven track record in sourcing and scaling creator networks.
• Deep understanding of UGC, creative brief writing, and influencer contracting.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency in AI tools including Claude and ambassador management software.
• Must be based in NYC and able to work on-site.
