TL;DR

Order Management Specialist: Managing the end-to-end customer quoting and order processing lifecycle with an accent on cross-functional collaboration and process efficiency. Focus on maintaining high data quality, resolving complex order-related issues, and driving continuous improvement in business operations.

Location: Must be based in the US (Irvine, CA or Coppell, TX) with valid work authorization. This is a hybrid position requiring occasional office attendance.

Salary: $25–$35/hr

What you will do

  • Process customer quotes and manage order requirements efficiently.
  • Provide non-technical support to internal and external customers regarding quoting.
  • Collaborate with US and German teams to clarify delivery schedules, pricing, and configurations.
  • Coordinate with service, contracts, product management, and finance teams to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Take ownership of the quoting process to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Lead special projects focused on lean process improvements.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US with valid work authorization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations, or a relevant field.
  • Understanding of the quote-to-cash cycle and business operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SAP C4C or other major CRM systems.
