What you will do

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all hardware, servers, and networking equipment within the data center.
• Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and safe storage of IT materials across facilities.
• Conduct ongoing audits to verify asset inventory accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to optimize resource allocation and hardware utilization.
• Generate regular reports on inventory status and resolve discrepancies.
• Travel as needed to support inventory management and audits at various data center locations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to export control regulations.
• Proven experience in inventory management or a related logistics field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with asset management software.
• Ability to work in a data center environment, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
• Must be based in Phoenix, AZ and able to work 100% onsite.
