What you will do

• Accelerate category growth for the CBS ergonomic product portfolio across Global Accounts.
• Integrate CBS products into global standards and RFP/RFI frameworks to drive attach rates.
• Develop standardized bundles, value stories, and technical positioning for must-win deals.
• Increase product fluency among Global Account Managers, dealers, and internal teams.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and identify revenue and margin opportunities.
• Manage contract governance to ensure margin protection and commercial compliance.

Requirements

• Strong commercial and product acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, SFDC CRM, and BI tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional influence skills.
• Ability and willingness to install products for demonstration purposes.
• Must be based in New York City.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
