What you will do

• Facilitate acquisition of DBT skills and principles for enrolled members.
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing strategies to address ambivalence and logistical barriers.
• Review member progress and provide personalized feedback to support habit formation.
• Coordinate with the member’s care team to ensure a cohesive approach.
• Identify risk concerns during calls and execute warm handoffs for high-risk situations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within an EHR system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a direct patient-facing role within a behavioral health setting.
• Knowledge or training in DBT and Motivational Interviewing.
• Comfortable using various computer platforms and learning new systems.
• Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and context switch effectively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Previous work in a telehealth, startup, or digital health environment.
• Lived experience of the mental healthcare system.
• Experience working with individuals with mood and anxiety disorders.
