TL;DR
Retirement Plan Advisor (401(k)/403(b)/457): Assist defined contribution plan participants with retirement readiness through group and individual presentations, using consultative, data-driven conversations. Focus on meeting service level agreements and annual targets while managing territory relationships and documenting interactions in Salesforce for regulatory compliance.

What you will do
- Conduct retirement readiness reviews and deliver one-on-one and group presentations for 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders across locations within the assigned territory.
- Run virtual and on-site meetings professionally and manage meeting schedules, including travel booking.
- Create and execute business plans and tactics to drive positive retirement income objectives.
- Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required information to meet regulatory compliance guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal service and management teams to improve effectiveness and support external client meetings as needed.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the Raynham to Rhode Island area of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 3–5 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- FINRA registrations required within the established timeline (current FINRA registrations strongly preferred); FINRA fingerprinting required upon hire.
- Strong relationship-building and territory management skills.
