What you will do

• Own the communications strategy for prime brokerage, treasury management, and capital markets product lines.
• Lead end-to-end announcements for partnerships, product launches, and market infrastructure milestones.
• Build and implement a thought leadership program, including executive bylines and high-profile speaking engagements.
• Develop core messaging architecture to articulate differentiation to institutional audiences and financial press.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier financial and crypto media outlets.
• Manage rapid-response communications regarding market events and regulatory developments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in communications or PR within financial services, capital markets, or digital assets.
• Proven track record of placing stories in top-tier financial media.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, including prime brokerage, FX, derivatives, and treasury.
• Experience managing C-suite spokespeople for media and public engagements.
• Strong existing network within financial and crypto press circles.
• Must be able to work from the New York office on a hybrid basis (10+ days/month).
