What you will do

• Manage and automate core corporate IT systems, including identity (IdP), MDM, and SaaS administration.
• Own the full lifecycle of Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes across access, identity, and device provisioning.
• Implement secure endpoint management using MDM, encryption, and patching in the Apple ecosystem.
• Support technical controls and evidence collection for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and EU CRA compliance.
• Build self-service workflows, runbooks, and automation to reduce manual support overhead.
• Provide hands-on IT support for the Belfast HQ, including onboarding, events, and networking coordination.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of IT operations experience in a modern SaaS or remote-first environment.
• Must be based in the UK with the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
• Regular presence at the Belfast HQ is required.
• Strong experience with endpoint management, MDM (Jamf, Intune, etc.), and device lifecycle.
• Proficiency in administering identity systems (Okta, Entra) and common SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub).
• Ability to use scripting and automation to improve operational reliability.

• Experience in high-growth startups or pre-IPO companies.
• Familiarity with zero-trust architectures and security-forward organizations.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
