What you will do

• Provide responsive desktop and remote support to local and distributed users.
• Manage user identities, MFA, and access policies within Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor security alerts and remediate threats using Microsoft Defender 365.
• Configure and deploy Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Administer collaboration tools including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintain endpoint health and patch policies using RMM tooling.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Systems Administration role.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender 365 and Exchange Online.
• Proven experience administering RMM platforms (e.g., Automox, NinjaRMM).
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900).
• Experience with SharePoint Online and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and ITSM platforms.
