What you will do

• Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems and lead projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Set technical direction and collaborate with Product Managers, Customer Success, and customers to scope and deliver solutions.
• Build and own product features end-to-end from idea to production-ready implementation.
• Develop the marketing analytics dashboard and surface core marketing analytics.
• Optimize the web application for speed of development and time to render.
• Contribute to standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• 3+ years with modern component-based libraries such as React.
• Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Ability to drive rapid development while ensuring maintainability and delivering production-ready code with minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in Python.

• Experience building design systems.
• Experience optimizing frontends for large amounts of data and loading time.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Experience working in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.
• Experience mentoring other engineers.
