What you will do

• Lead the technical evolution of the public web platform, improving architecture, scalability, and maintainability.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end experiences using modern frameworks.
• Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrations for content delivery, search, and personalization.
• Integrate the website with CMS, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Optimize site performance, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
• Contribute to and scale a design system and modular component library.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience building public-facing websites.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Vue.
• Experience building APIs and services with Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Knowledge of CMS platforms, ideally with modern or headless architectures.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and technical SEO.
• Must be based in Texas (TX), USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS and design systems.
• Background supporting B2B websites with complex solution portfolios.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and digital analytics tools.
• Experience in energy, agriculture, weather, or logistics industries.
