Salary: $160,900 – $260,700 (US) / CA$225,300 – CA$3,617,500 (Canada)

What you will do

• Build behavior-based user experiences for onboarding, activation, and retention across the product suite.
• Design and implement end-to-end growth experiments, from hypothesis to post-launch analysis.
• Develop production-grade code across the full stack using React, JavaScript, Go, and Python.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing to improve core funnel metrics and user journeys.
• Analyze experiment results using data warehouse tools like Snowflake and Redshift.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide support outside of standard business hours.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on growth, experimentation, or product development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for user-facing experiences.
• Hands-on experience implementing A/B tests and feature flags in production.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, including backend services.
• Experience with data warehouse tooling (Snowflake, Redshift) and AI solutions/data pipelines.
• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
