Director, Insights (CPG): Leading strategic insights partnerships with major OTC and Personal Care manufacturers with an accent on data-driven storytelling, category growth strategy, and consultative client management. Focus on coaching high-performing teams, translating complex market signals into actionable business recommendations, and driving commercial impact through deep consumer intelligence.

Location: Must be able to work onsite at the client's New Providence, NJ location a minimum of two days per week

Compensation: $110,000 - $165,000 yearly

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day strategic insights relationships with key OTC and Personal Care manufacturing clients.
• Coach and develop a team of insights associates to deliver high-quality, commercially meaningful analysis.
• Translate complex data from syndicated tools into clear, actionable business recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to integrate value-creating solutions for the client.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring strategic relevance, timeliness, and high standards of performance.
• Identify new opportunities for expanded partnership and proactive thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in CPG, consumer insights, analytics, or professional services.
• Must be able to work onsite at the New Providence, NJ location at least two days per week.
• Proven experience leading teams and coaching others in data analysis and storytelling.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior client teams.
• Proficiency with syndicated data tools such as hirify.global, Circana, or similar retail measurement solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
