What you will do

• Execute go-to-market plans for new products and features, owning market readiness and communication for the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a library of assets including positioning documents, messaging frameworks, battle cards, and website copy.
• Coordinate end-to-end product launches, aligning stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Support sales enablement by creating materials that articulate product value and communicating competitive differentiation.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and serve as the internal voice of the customer through interviews and win/loss analysis.
• Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to create campaigns, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Product, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in product marketing or product management at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record of owning and executing full-cycle product launches from brief to post-mortem.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced software environments.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, Figma, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX.

Nice to have

• Background in freight, logistics, supply chain, or business intelligence solutions.
• Experience with WordPress and Google Analytics.
• Ability to leverage LLMs and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Co Pilot, Claude, Jasper.ai) to enhance execution.
