GTM Operations Business Partner (GTM Operations): Designing and running the operating rhythm for the GTM organization and delivering end-to-end cross-functional programs with an accent on operating cadence, org-wide communications, and flagship events. Focus on driving alignment across diverse GTM functions, optimizing operational impact using AI, and translating senior leadership updates into actionable messaging.

Location: Must be based in the US (Hub in San Francisco, CA)

Salary: $166,000 - 190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Design and execute the GTM operating cadence, including leadership forums, all-hands, and QBRs.
  • Manage GTM-wide communications through Slack, newsletters, and direct touchpoints to ensure clarity across the org.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex cross-functional programs, ranging from AI initiatives to enablement masterclasses.
  • Coordinate flagship GTM events from concept through to logistics and content delivery.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff and CCO on company-wide programs and goal tracking.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA
  • 5+ years of deep program and project management experience, ideally within fast-growing tech or scale-up environments.
  • Strong GTM instinct with the ability to discuss pipeline and renewals with sales and success leaders.
  • Top-tier written, verbal, and asynchronous communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior leaders and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience delivering complex cross-functional programs end-to-end.
