What you will do

• Lead the product strategy and execution for the Decion Agentic Platform, focusing on the agentic fabric, APIs, and integration infrastructure.
• Define requirements for agentic architecture including LLMs, memory, skills, tools, and orchestration layers.
• Develop and manage the Data Hub, Integration Hub, and platform services such as telemetry and billing.
• Treat internal engineering teams as customers to establish a developer-friendly, composable platform ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to deliver a modern, API-first architecture that enables rapid innovation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team capable of operating in an AI-first, high-velocity environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management and/or Engineering leadership, with significant experience in platform products.
• Proven experience as a Director or Group Manager in high-growth or complex environments.
• Deep expertise with API-first platforms, developer-facing products, and composable architectures.
• Experience working with AI/ML-powered products, LLM-powered applications, or agentic orchestration frameworks.
• Strong ability to lead through influence across multiple engineering teams and align diverse stakeholders.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Background in supply chain, planning, or optimization software.
• Experience with SaaS monetization models, such as usage-based or telemetry-driven billing.
• Experience scaling products through partner ecosystems.
