TL;DR

Focus on defining AI enablement roadmaps, driving spec-driven product development, and ensuring responsible AI standards at the platform layer.

Location: USA - Atlanta, GA; USA - Sandy, UT

What you will do

  • Define and drive the platform strategy and AI enablement roadmap.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept initiatives with engineering.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps and cross-solution backlogs.
  • Drive spec-driven product development, authoring platform API contracts and service specifications.
  • Collaborate with platform engineering, security, and application product teams to define requirements and governance standards for AI services.
  • Provide leadership through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Marketing, or similar field preferred.
  • 12+ years of product management experience with formal product management techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering platform or infrastructure capabilities that enabled engineering teams to build and ship AI-powered products at scale.
  • Fluency in AI/ML concepts sufficient to evaluate how AI workloads impact platform services.
  • Working knowledge of LLM and generative AI capabilities sufficient to anticipate platform needs.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile & SCRUM development methodologies and experience with a SaaS product set.
