What you will do

• Install smart (wifi-enabled) thermostats and assist customers with app-based program enrollment.
• Conduct residential energy audits, pre- and post-installation verifications, and technical data gathering.
• Act as a local onsite representative to encourage customer participation and overcome barriers.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend solutions based on client specifications.
• Travel within a defined territory to provide support services to demand response customers.
• Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation and configuration.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without employer sponsorship or support.
• 6 months to 1 year of relative industry experience (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service focus.
• Ability to travel throughout a defined territory.
• Meet all DOT qualification requirements if applicable.
