What you will do

• Design and implement digital workspace architectures including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Lead the deployment and governance of Microsoft Copilot for M365 to drive AI-powered productivity.
• Modernize SharePoint information architecture, including hubs, sites, and metadata governance.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex incidents in hybrid environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as a subject matter expert in client-facing consulting engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or digital workspace engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid identity solutions.
• Proven experience with modern SharePoint architecture and information management.
• Demonstrated ability to enable and optimize Microsoft Copilot for M365.
• Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills.

Nice to have

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
• Azure Administrator or Enterprise Administrator certifications.
• Experience with VDI solutions like Citrix or VMware Horizon.
