Salary: $67,000 - $90,002 USD

What you will do
- Deliver dedicated, end-to-end technical support for C-Level executives.
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware including Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo systems.
- Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for the global Service Desk.
- Maintain secure endpoint environments using Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler.
- Lead technical projects ranging from hardware refreshes to security stack deployments.
- Develop and maintain high-standard documentation and SOPs for executive workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on VIP/Executive environments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
- Hands-on experience with MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX for onsite campus support.
