TL;DR

What you will do

  • Deliver dedicated, end-to-end technical support for C-Level executives.
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware including Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo systems.
  • Serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for the global Service Desk.
  • Maintain secure endpoint environments using Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike, and Zscaler.
  • Lead technical projects ranging from hardware refreshes to security stack deployments.
  • Develop and maintain high-standard documentation and SOPs for executive workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in technical support with a focus on VIP/Executive environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Jamf, Intune, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
  • Hands-on experience with MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX for onsite campus support.
