What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for trading, liquidity, and prediction-market offerings.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to launch and scaled adoption.
• Define and track key product metrics including liquidity depth, trading volume, and capital efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate complex market structures into clear requirements.
• Partner with ecosystem, business development, and legal stakeholders to bring products to market.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and feedback loops to connect usage data to strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in crypto, DeFi, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Strong technical background with experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Solid understanding of financial systems, risk, yield mechanics, and capital efficiency.
• Fluency in DeFi concepts and hands-on familiarity with on-chain financial products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards and defining product KPIs.

Nice to have

• Experience with exchanges, order books, prediction markets, or institutional trading systems.
• Exposure to blockchain ecosystems such as Sui or Move.
• Background as a founder, engineer, trader, or active DeFi ecosystem participant.
