What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the HRIS migration from discovery and planning through go-live and hypercare.
• Develop and maintain a master project plan including milestones, dependencies, and locked go-live targets.
• Lead data migration planning, including field mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate between implementation vendors, internal IT, HR, and Payroll to ensure workstream alignment.
• Drive configuration and testing across core modules such as payroll, benefits, onboarding, and time & attendance.
• Execute change management and communication plans to ensure employees and HR teams are technically enabled.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• At least one full-cycle HRIS implementation from discovery through go-live.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS platforms, including knowledge of data structures and integration patterns.
• Strong expertise in data migration mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Solid understanding of People Operations programs (payroll, benefits, compliance).
• Must be based in the United States.
