What you will do

• Build infrastructure to orchestrate, evaluate, and run sub-agents and channel adapters.
• Develop production-level tools from experimental prototypes using LLM chaining and browser agents.
• Research emerging technologies and drive them through the full product lifecycle to successful deployment.
• Establish best practices for code quality, testing, deployment, and observability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and clinical experts to deliver intuitive healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Professional software engineering experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
• Strong fullstack proficiency: Python (backend required) and Javascript/React (frontend).
• Working knowledge of containers and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs and building AI-powered production features.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with both technical and clinical stakeholders.
