What you will do

• Build AI-powered features end-to-end, from agent logic and query orchestration to frontend visualization and delivery.
• Design and implement user experiences for surfacing automated insights via dashboards, notifications, and interactive analysis flows.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to define the proactive analytics experience and AI-generated insight interactions.
• Partner with the AI Engine team to integrate shared tooling for agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability.
• Instrument tracking and build dashboards to measure feature adoption and the quality of AI-generated insights.
• Participate in the team on-call rotation to improve system reliability and health.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, US for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 to 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Excellent debugging, technical investigation, and technical communication skills.
• Ability to iterate quickly in ambiguous, greenfield problem spaces with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or tool-use frameworks.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Django, and Python.
• Familiarity with analytics or observability platforms.
• Interest in information retrieval, anomaly detection, or statistical analysis.
