What you will do

• Lead client account strategy and provide strategic counsel to C-suite executives on investor engagement and messaging.

• Oversee tactical delivery of investor events, roadshows, and sophisticated research projects.
• Mentor and train high-performing teams while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
• Identify and pitch new business opportunities to contribute to firm growth.
• Manage client retainers and ensure accuracy of invoicing with a 90% utilization target.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance, healthcare, communications, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven experience navigating major corporate disclosures such as M&A and strategic shifts.
• Experience with the JPMorgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco.
• Exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills with high standards for quality control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and comfort with technology-driven environments including AI tools.
