Compensation: $160,000–$200,000 (includes base salary and performance-based bonus)

What you will do

• Execute the product roadmap for AI Voice, translating customer needs into actionable development plans.
• Monitor AI accuracy, resolution rates, and system performance to proactively identify and implement improvements.
• Engage with hotel clients to understand operational pain points and translate them into technical product requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering and AI/ML teams to prioritize platform investments in reliability, latency, and scale.
• Track key product KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform prioritization and communicate progress.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and customer success to ensure alignment during new capability rollouts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, specifically shipping AI, conversational AI, or complex SaaS products.
• Technical fluency in conversational AI concepts including LLMs, NLP, and dialog management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect product metrics to business outcomes.
• Proven experience working directly with customers and incorporating feedback into product development.
• Ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence teams without direct authority.
