What you will do

• Lead the craft depth in paid acquisition (channel strategy, audience design, creative testing) and lifecycle marketing (nurture, retention, expansion).
• Design and execute end-to-end integrated programs for priority industries, including Media, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Technology, and BFSI.
• Identify and respond to revenue opportunities based on market signals and insights from the Pipeline Council.
• Integrate AI agents into daily workflows to handle volume work and optimize agentic processes.
• Partner with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts compound across the entire funnel.

Requirements

• Strong B2B enterprise marketing experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology.
• Deep specialization in paid media and lifecycle marketing with a track record of moving pipeline and revenue.
• Hands-on AI fluency, utilizing LLM-based tools and AI agents as core infrastructure in your workflow.
• Strong data fluency, including the ability to pull data, build views, and make decisions from dashboards.
• Must be based in North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
