TL;DR
UX/UI Designer (Product Design): Owning the full product design lifecycle from user research to developer handoff with an accent on usability, conversion, and scalable design systems. Location: Must be based in Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina and available during U.S. business hours.

What you will do
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Design responsive, accessible interfaces following WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless developer handoffs.
- Analyze user behavior using tools like Hotjar and Google Analytics to optimize conversion.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
- Must be based in Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and high-quality UI execution.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design and accessibility principles.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS platforms or mobile applications.
- Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
- Experience with analytics tools and large-scale design systems.
