Location: Remote (US). Must reside in Pacific, Central, or Mountain time zones.
Compensation: $62K–$70K base, with total target compensation of $185K–$256K.

What you will do
- Partner with advisors to deliver tailored life insurance solutions supported by product insights and real-world examples.
- Build and sustain strong sales relationships across the assigned territory through proactive outreach and strategic account management.
- Present effectively in one-on-one and group settings, both virtually and in person.
- Execute targeted activity plans to drive new opportunities and grow sales.
- Collaborate with Internal Wholesalers to form high-impact teams focused on delivering results.
- Monitor territory performance and provide regular updates to sales leadership.
Requirements
- Must reside in Pacific, Central, or Mountain time zones.
- 5+ years of experience in life insurance wholesale distribution.
- FINRA Series 6 and State Life and Health license (required at time of application).
- FINRA Series 63 (required at application or must be obtained within 6 months).
- Ability to travel 25-50%.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Industry Designations: CLU, ChFC, and/or CFP.
- 2+ years of experience in an external wholesaling position.
- Proven track record of success with career and brokers in achieving sales objectives.
