TL;DR
Sales & Business Development - Regional Director (Asset Management): Drive business development and relationship management for new and existing clients across a designated distribution channel and territory with an accent on investment solutions, capital markets discussions, and revenue/AUM growth. Focus on building new client relationships, presenting investment capabilities at conferences, and coordinating client service efforts to meet client needs.
Location: Santa Monica; remote basis in Northern California, New York/New Jersey, or Florida; hybrid schedule from offices in Santa Monica, Charlotte and Austin
Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 (bonus eligible)

What you will do
- Manage sales activities and client relationships within a territory, developing new relationships and retaining/deepening existing ones.
- Present Dimensional’s investment capabilities, investment theory, and performance to individual clients and at company conferences and industry events.
- Increase revenues, AUM, and new clients by growing Dimensional’s product suite within the territory.
- Coordinate with client service team members to address client needs effectively.
- Act as a spokesperson and brand ambassador for Dimensional and its investment theory across the industry and marketplace.
- Support sales and marketing collateral and participate actively as a team player.
Requirements
- Strong foundational knowledge of investments, capital markets, and asset allocation theory to discuss sophisticated investment solutions.
- Proven business development skills and a client-centric approach with a track record of building relationships and growing a territory.
- Excellent communication and confidence as a competitive, results-oriented sales leader.
- Licenses required: SIE and Series 7, plus Series 63/66; SIE and Series 7 must be obtained within the first 12 weeks of hire.
