What you will do

• Execute and deliver B2B and Event-focused projects of various sizes for the Creative & Marketing team.
• Own and facilitate project communications and decision-making across all seniority levels.
• Partner with team leads to vet, scope, and kickoff assignments, owning all due dates and milestones.
• Develop and maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines and scoping documents.
• Drive process improvements and proactively suggest more efficient ways of working.
• Foster camaraderie, inclusivity, and teamwork within the pod and across departments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, New York, or San Francisco.
• Expectation to work in an office 4+ days per week.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of managing large integrated creative projects.
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel.
