What you will do

• Act as the Owner’s Representative across design and construction phases from concept through closeout.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects for airport rental car facilities, maintenance shops, fueling systems, car wash systems, and related infrastructure.
• Oversee programming, design development, permitting, procurement, and construction to align with company standards, operational needs, and brand image.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, airport design criteria, local building codes, ADA requirements, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with landlords, airport authorities, and regulatory agencies.
• Apply technical knowledge across fueling system design, automatic car wash systems, plumbing/electrical systems, ADA requirements, and IT system cabling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in design and construction project management, preferably in an owner’s rep or client-side capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and tools including Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, operations teams, contractors, and public agencies.
• Ability to travel frequently to project sites across the U.S. and Canada.
