What you will do

• Manage multiple parallel projects through the full solution delivery lifecycle.
• Define and manage project timelines, activities, and critical paths using formal planning tools.
• Facilitate technical discussions between customers, solution architects, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, contingencies, and customer escalations.
• Ensure comprehensive project documentation is completed by all parties.
• Provide daily direction and motivation to the project team to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Atlanta, GA.
• 3-5 years of experience in project planning or management for SaaS or relevant technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Project Management certification (PMI preferred).
• Understanding of Justice Information systems or case management software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
