What you will do

• Manage and deepen relationships with existing advertising partners to drive year-over-year revenue growth.
• Construct upfront and joint business plans for top-tier clients.
• Identify and acquire new buyers by leveraging agency and client direct relationships.
• Provide strategic, consultative advice to align client goals with unique platform opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to exceed marketing goals.
• Influence Reddit's ads product roadmap by aggregating and sharing client feedback.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in digital media, with 3-7 years specifically in sales.
• Proven experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise organizations and C-level executives.
• Deep expertise in the ads industry, social media landscape, and native advertising.
• Strong existing network within the agency and client direct space.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and leading special projects.
• BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience.
