What you will do

• Set up, traffic, and launch live advertisements across Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
• Develop multi-platform media plans in collaboration with the Account Manager to respond to client briefs.
• Analyze performance data and adjust live budgets in real-time to maximize campaign impact.
• Utilize WPP Open AI agents to automate routine tasks and focus on strategy and creative brainstorming.
• Manage media bookings, reconcile campaign spend, and handle day-to-day finance queries.
• Foster relationships with key media partners and identify emerging social formats and beta-testing opportunities.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or equivalent relevant experience with a passion for digital marketing and brand-building.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaborative environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office (hybrid, 4 days/week).

Nice to have

• Previous internship or experience at a digital or media agency.
• Basic knowledge of tracking and ad-serving tech (e.g., Campaign Manager 360, pixels).
• Familiarity with booking technologies like Adazzle or DDS.
