What you will do

• Design and maintain agentic AI pipelines to automate complex reasoning and decision support tasks.
• Integrate and fine-tune LLMs using prompt engineering and iterative evaluation.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems grounded in proprietary domain knowledge.
• Build AI platform infrastructure including observability, logging, and tracing tools.
• Architect scalable solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into AI-powered products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with strong fundamentals in APIs, testing, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript, with skills in Node.js, Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, Claude SDK, or OpenAI APIs.
• Experience building RAG pipelines, vector databases, or semantic search systems.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud services.
• Must be based in the US (Texas) or have US work authorization.

Nice to have

• AI/ML certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Google Professional ML Engineer).
