Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 USD (depending on location zone)

What you will do

• Investigate complex insider risk matters, including nation-state attempts to exploit insiders, data leaks, and unauthorized disclosures.
• Conduct risk assessments for M&A, strategic initiatives, new products, and third-party vendor operations.
• Perform personnel vetting and due diligence across a global workforce.
• Analyze behavioral and technical signals to identify emerging threats and AI-enabled attacks.
• Leverage and operationalize AI capabilities to automate repetitive work and accelerate investigations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Enterprise Technology teams to drive security decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in insider threat, investigations, counterintelligence, or military intelligence.
• Proven experience assessing behavioral and technical information to evaluate risk.
• Experience investigating risks involving foreign influence or nation-state activity.
• AI fluency, including using AI to improve workflows and validate outputs.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to travel 10-15%, including occasional international travel.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Intelligence Community or military intelligence roles.
• Technical proficiency with SIEM, UEBA, DLP, identity systems, or digital forensics.
• Previous experience working within the FinTech or other highly regulated industries.
