What you will do

  • Lead complex, sensitive investigations into financial crimes and insider threats.
  • Collaborate with HR, legal, and external law enforcement agencies to resolve high-profile cases.
  • Provide second-level review of investigations to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify operational gaps and trends to develop strategies for risk mitigation.
  • Mentor team members and provide thought leadership on investigative techniques.
  • Prepare court briefs and investigative reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or relevant professional certifications required.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial crime investigations.
  • Expert knowledge of bank products, systems, and criminal investigative techniques.
  • Deep understanding of laws governing evidence collection and court proceedings.
  • Ability to work independently as a senior technical lead.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
