Location: Must be based in or able to work from Overland Park, KS or Kansas City, MO (Hybrid model: 4 days in office)

Salary: $148,750–$192,500

What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise-wide security architecture, strategy, and long-term technical direction.
• Design, implement, and govern comprehensive security solutions across multiple platforms with high autonomy.
• Develop automation and engineering patterns to enhance the efficiency and scalability of security operations.
• Translate complex technical risks into business and regulatory context for executive leadership.
• Lead the technical response for high-severity security incidents and drive containment and recovery efforts.
• Mentor senior and junior engineers while documenting standards for complex security products.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of principal-level experience in information security.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Deep expertise in security architecture, infrastructure, networking, and endpoint security.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Security Stack, Linux/Unix, and Windows administration.
• Experience with scripting and automation for security operations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 4 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity or Computer Science.
• Certifications such as CISSP or CASP.
• Specific experience with Google Secops SIEM or ProofPoint.
