TL;DR
Product Designer (UX/UI, Product Design & Design Systems) (SaaS): Designing end-to-end web and mobile product experiences with an accent on user research, responsive UI execution, accessibility, and scalable design systems. Focus on translating product insights into user flows and prototypes, optimizing experiences through testing and analytics, and delivering developer-ready specifications.
Location: Remote from Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico; working hours aligned with U.S. Business Hours

is hiring for a client developing SaaS products across web and mobile applications.
What you will do
- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, behavioral analysis, and product analytics using tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude.
- Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, user flows, and product recommendations.
- Design responsive wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, UI standards, and interaction patterns.
- Run A/B tests and use product performance insights to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and usability.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, QA teams, and leadership while providing developer-ready assets, specifications, and component documentation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, product problem-solving, and high-quality UI execution.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive design, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and product design workflows.
- Availability to work U.S. Business Hours while based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with large-scale design systems and Mixpanel or Amplitude.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
