is a company hiring for a remote Product Designer role focused on SaaS product design.
What you will do
- Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product recommendations.
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
- Build and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards ensuring consistency across products.
- Ensure accessibility and usability aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards and inclusive design practices.
- Run A/B tests to optimize user flows, UI variations, and improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver developer-ready design assets.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Mexico
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and strong understanding of UX principles and accessibility.
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, responsive design, and design systems.
Nice to have
- Experience designing SaaS platforms, consumer applications, or enterprise tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Mixpanel and Amplitude.
- Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
