Salary: $76,700–$118,900

What you will do

• Lead the monthly consolidation of financial results across global legal entities.
• Perform foreign currency accounting, including remeasurement, translation, and analysis of FX gains and losses.
• Reconcile and maintain general ledger accounts, including intercompany eliminations and legal entity structures.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Support M&A accounting activities and integration efforts.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to provide necessary support and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related accounting experience or 3 years in public accounting.
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proven experience with consolidations, intercompany accounting, and foreign currency translation.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must be able to work in the Minneapolis office approximately 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion experience.
• Experience with BlackLine or comparable reconciliation platforms.
